There was something else that happened while I was in Chicago that will assist you tremendously in learning how to think like a wealthy person and grow your business.

Last time I told you about what happened with my family and how I met Vic Conant. I’m still excited about how well the trip went. And now I’m going to give you one of the Secrets of having a Millionaire Mind that could literally change the way you do business forever.

First off, you must realize that everything starts in thought… and your thoughts are producing your results. In order to change your results you must change your thoughts. And wouldn’t it be great to know the Secrets of how Millionaires think?

You bet.

Because once you understand how a Millionaire thinks, you can do the same thing. When you think like a Millionaire, you become one. It doesn’t work the other way around. Sound good so far?

In order to grow your business you must have a team. You alone can only produce so much and quite frankly it’s hard work. One of the Secrets of having a Millionaire Mind is to realize you can do this all without having employees.

You may be wondering, how is it possible to develop a team without having employees?

This is another Secret of having a Millionaire Mind. Wealthy people understand that there are other people out there that are willing to help you build your business. These people will become part of your team and they are not your employees.

What you must ask yourself is: what skills do I require to grow my business that I don’t currently have?

When you answer this question, you’ll be able to find the right people to fill the gap. These people have their own business specializing in a particular area that you may not be skilled at. This way you can pick and choose your team and they don’t have to be in your backyard.

Let me explain what I mean by that…

When I was in Chicago, I met with the team of people that I deal with on a regular basis to build and grow my business. First I met with my business partner Matt Connelly. Now Matt doesn’t even live in Chicago. He just happened to be going there on business the same time I was.

The meeting I had with Matt was the first time we actually met face to face.

I’ve talked with him on the phone for about a year and half. He actually lives in Poland.

Now I know what you’re thinking. Poland? Why and how did I get hooked up with a guy in Poland? Good question.

Matt came recommended to me by another business partner of mine, which I’ll get to in a moment. She said that Matt could help me in an area of my business, which he is an expert and I am not and that’s Internet Marketing. This is why Matt is part of my team.

What you must do to develop your Millionaire Mind is to associate with the best people and work with them. Geographic location doesn’t make a difference. In fact when I wrote my best selling book Wealth Without A Job with my co-author Phil Laut, we did it all over the phone and via email.

That was a great accomplishment. But what I didn’t tell you is Phil and I didn’t meet in person for almost two years after starting working together.

And that’s not all.

I also met Karen and Carl Moose who are also business partners of mine who do live in Chicago. They have an expertise yet in a different area and help me grow my business. They are commercial real estate experts and work with one of my old mentors Bob Proctor. And Karen and Carl introduced me to Matt.

By the way, I also have never met Karen and Carl in person until this trip either.

But wait there’s one more…

There was another person that Karen introduced me to a while back that has helped me continue improving my communication skills and that’s Jeff Hornstein. I’ve been talking with him for probably a year now and never met him face to face either until this trip and he lives in the suburbs of Chicago.

You may have noticed, I have a full team of people that I use and are helping me grow my business but none of them are employees and none of them even live in the same general area I do.

That’s what wealthy people do.

Wealthy people who understand the Secrets of having a Millionaire Mind associate themselves with the best people on the planet and it doesn’t matter where they’re located geographically.
