Everyone Requires Validation – Even Tough Entrepreneurs

I know most of us Entrepreneurs say we are tough but when it gets right down to it we still require validation.

So what is validation?

That’s a good question?

Validation is acknowledgement to the person you are having a conversation with letting him or her know that you heard what they said.

Now this doesn’t mean you have to agree with the person…

Validation is simply an acknowledgment so the person feels like you care.

As an Entrepreneur, this is absolutely critical to your success when dealing with prospects. If you don’t validate your prospects they will feel you don’t care and go to your competitors.

That’s not what you want, is it?

Of course not…

People want to be validated no matter what. Even the toughest of Entrepreneurs require validation because they are people too.
