Entrepreneurs Succeed Bigger As a Team

I just got back again from a great training course. As you know it is important to continue your education and that is exactly what I did as well.

Now that I’m back, let’s get back to learning.

During the training I was at I learned a lot about leadership. Leadership is all about teamwork. Teamwork is extremely important. In order to succeed as an Entrepreneur you must have a good team and work well together.

Let’s delve into having a good team and teamwork…

Did you watch The Apprentice last Monday night?

I hope you did because this is a classic issue with Leadership. The team that lost by the way, lost because of poor leadership.

Tammy who was the project manager during the task said to her team: “I have some concerns. I want this project to be about me.”

Yikes!

Can you imagine working for Tammy and hearing that statement?

Winning as an Entrepreneur is all about team and teamwork. Tammy alienated her team and as a result lost. The really sad part is the other team had many challenges and the overall presentation was less than aesthetically pleasing.

However, the other team had one thing going for them. They worked as a team and won!

They got the prize while the other team went to the boardroom.

Needless to say, Tammy’s lack of leadership got her fired.

There is one thing Donald Trump hates is a bad leader and I concur.

Remember, it is vitally important to treat everyone on your team with respect. As a successful Entrepreneur, it’s not about you. It’s about others. Just like your clients, you must let your team know they are the reason for your success.

I am so excited about this weekend because I will be part of a great team. For those of you who are joining me at the Millionaire Makeover Training you will be part of a phenomenal team. I am looking forward to the major breakthroughs that will happen this weekend.
